Wahoo! Made myself go to the gym (despite being convinced that I just might keel over and croak all day).
I did my 3 weight machines:
2 sets of 8 with 2.5 plates on the chest press
2 sets of 10 with 4.5 plates on the lat pulldowns
2 sets of 8 with 2 plates on the shoulder press
And 35 minutes of cardio:
Treadmill for 30 minutes at 2.5 mph at a 5% incline and 5 minutes cool down.
Now, to do it again on Thursday.
