Holy Hannah it's hot outside.

Weather.com claims that is is 89* and that it feels like 93*. On the Emily sweat index, I scored a sweat dripping down the back while standing still. Also known as "why am I outside again?"

Yeah, the plans for the zoo were canceled. No zoo for me. I'm going to go sit in front of the air conditioner now.

Against all odds...

... my day actually succeeded in being productive.

I paid the bills
I actually put them in the mail
I picked up the living room (somewhat)
I collected the garbage in the house
I watered the plants
I cut more squares for my quilt
I finished 6 rounds on Andre's baby blanket
I finished 2 rounds on Keaton's baby blanket

I also was a big lazy bum...

I slept in and was late to church
I watched the Phantom of the Opera
I went out to lunch after church
I copped out and had Taco Bell for dinner because driving through was easier than making something

Diet Coke count... 2 12 oz cans, Diet coke with lunch with 1 refill & 1 top off, and whatever the large size they serve at Taco Bell is, but that was Diet Pepsi (not a huge fan).
