Is one of my favorite places to go play. I like food. I enjoy food. I like working with it, cooking it, preparing it, shopping for it, making it for other people. I also enjoy eating it, but often it's everything else I like better. Today, this was discussed as a fundamental difference between my mother and myself. She pretty much just thinks of food as nourishment, and as such, doesn't care to really explore things, try out new recipes, whatever. Allrecipes.com is one of those places that she just doesn't understand my fascination with. I like throwing things in the ingredients search and seeing what I come up with. I like trying new things like "Beans and Greens" or "Italian Casserole" or even homemade soft pretzels. So.... yeah... apparently I'm odd in this fashion. Oh well, I enjoy it.
