So... I now have a patient whose home is so terribly disgusting that I'll be scheduling them for either first thing in the morning or last of the day, and keeping garbage bags and a spare set of clothing in the car. Seriously. I think I'll even make a point to have the rubber/plastic shoes to wear in there.
