ok, guess I really am leaving this joint...

my apartment has been leased, and I'll be talking with the new tenant about whether or not they would like any of my furniture... cause it's not all going with me wherever I end up.

I can't decide if this is a good thing or a bad thing... I'm excited/scared/all jumpy in my belly!

That's it, I'm doomed to be financially screwed for the remainder of my natural life. Just finished my tax return, was all excited because I was getting a federal return (granted, a little tiny one, but a return). Then I did my state return.... after paying my state taxes and the turbotax fees I get to keep a grand total of $28. Fuck. That is not going to help me at all.
