Fire Truck This!

That's it. I got a bill for $24.45 today because my rent was one day late. I'm not paying it. Consider it a deduction for all of the times in the past 2 going on 3 weeks that I didn't have heat! Cause it happened again tonight!

Edit: For those of you who are counting, this is the 6th time that I've documented that I've been without heat since I started my live journal on February 19th, 2004.
