Holy freaking text messages!

I got 12 (12!) text messages today. Every time I turned around my phone was beeping. That, and my work voicemail box filled up twice! (10 messages to fill it.) Oh my goodness... that's enough of people trying to get ahold of me. Can't take that much demanding of my personal attention. Very overwhelming. Enough already with the work communication demands.
