Yes! I'm a knee bouncer. Seriously, it bounces and bounces and bounces... and 9 times out of 10, I don't know I'm doing it. Then someone will complain... and depending on the person, I'll either try hard to stop (and occasionally fail when I get distracted again) or... keep doing it deliberately to be a pest.
